The energy transition and the solution proposed by SRA Instruments
The technology of upgrading Biogas to Biomethane is of great interest for the diffusion of biofuels in Italy. The control of the composition of the gases and of some impurities such as H2S and volatile organic compounds is essential for the accurate management of the process and can have important economic consequences.
The new industrial MicroGC SRA R990 is used for on-line measurement of process gases. It determines the composition of biogas and biomethane in less than 4 minutes and integrates into the automatic and control systems of the plant.
