The TE Instruments Xplorer TX/TS system is a microcoulometric combustion analyzer for total chlorine and total sulfur analysis.
The analyzer can be used for applications in the chemical, petrochemical, or research and development sectors.
The system can analyze solid, liquid, gaseous, and LPG samples.
Chlorine and sulfur concentrations are determined using microcoulometry, an absolute technique that does not require analyzer calibration.
Thanks to its low detection limit, concentrations can be measured at the ppb level.
The Xplorer-TX (MCT) and Xplorer-TS (MCT) analyzers are also available as separate models.
Trace Elemental Instruments (TEIS) software ensures intuitive and effective analysis control.
The instrument can handle fully automated applications for any type of sample.
Changing the various modules for liquids, solids, or gases is extremely simple and quick (less than a minute).
The analyzer can operate in either manual or automatic mode. In manual mode, a built-in syringe driver controls the injection volume and speed for liquid samples, while a software-controlled, integrated sample vessel is used for solid samples.
In automatic mode, the XPLORER-TX/TS system must be combined with an autosampler for liquids, gases, or solids.
