Explosion-Proof process Micro GC

The SRA Instruments μPGC 990 is a process microgas chromatograph, based on Agilent Micro GC technologies, suitable for measuring various fuel mixtures and their impurities.

The system is ATEX II 2G Ex db IIB+H2 T5 Gb certified (operating from -40 °C to +60 °C) and compliant with European directives 2014/34/EU.

The analyzer allows rapid, accurate and online analyzes of Natural Gas, Biogas, Biomethane and Hydrogen directly near the sampling point.

The μPGC 990 is controlled by the SRA Soprane software, installed on a Personal Computer (external in a secure area or on-board computer) or via Agilent's PROstation Web Browser software: no Windows PC is required; all you need is a tablet, smartphone, or any networked device to access all functions. Real-time results are transmitted via Modbus, easily integrating with existing control systems. All the electronics and processing unit are housed on the motherboard inside the instrument box. The analyzer can be interfaced with industrial acquisition systems and has various automation possibilities to meet the specific needs of each plant.
